ATD STUDIO Website Terms of Use

Last updated: October 19, 2026

1 General information and website operator

Welcome to the ATD STUDIO website at atd-studio.com and its associated pages (the “Website”). The Website is operated by Yifat Aharon, registered business number 039612684, at Meshek 51, Mishmar HaShiv’a, Israel (the “Studio” or “Website Operator”).

These Terms govern use of the Website, its content and enquiries made through it. They apply to all visitors and users. Use is subject to these Terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, please refrain from further use. Browsing alone is not consent to marketing communications or data processing requiring separate consent by law.

These Terms are worded for convenience and apply equally to every individual and legal entity. Section headings are for ease of reading.

2 Purpose of the Website and featured services

The Website presents the Studio and its portfolio. Featured services include creative work, website planning, design and development, graphic design and branding, AI-assisted film and content creation, and related services.

The Website does not offer service purchases, payments, user accounts, registration or file uploads. Contact options are intended for enquiries and requests for information or quotes.

Service descriptions, work and examples are general information and illustrations. They do not promise availability, timelines, prices, scope or a particular result for a future project. This does not limit responsibility for misleading descriptions or other legal duties.

3 Enquiries and service engagements

You may contact the Studio through the Website’s contact options, email, phone or WhatsApp. Provide accurate details and act for a person or organization you are authorized to represent. Do not provide others’ details without authority or an appropriate lawful basis.

Submitting an enquiry, a technical acknowledgement of receipt, an introductory call or an initial exchange of information does not itself place an order or commit the Studio to a project. Project engagements are arranged separately through a quote and detailed service agreement, subject to their stated approval conditions.

The project documents will define services and deliverables, fees, payment dates, schedules, revision rounds, source file delivery, usage rights, maintenance, warranties and cancellation. If provisions conflict regarding a particular project, the specific agreed terms apply, subject to mandatory law.

These Terms do not establish cancellation fees, remove any statutory cancellation or refund right, or replace information and documents required for a transaction. Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, prevail over conflicting terms or agreements.

Enquiries are answered according to their nature and the Studio’s availability. No particular response time is guaranteed unless agreed otherwise. If you have not received a reply, you can follow up using the contact details at the end of these Terms.

4 Permitted use

Users receive limited, non-exclusive permission to browse the Website and view content to explore the Studio, obtain information and consider engaging its services. This permission transfers no ownership or content rights and does not permit commercial use.

Do not copy, distribute, sell, republish, modify or incorporate Website content into other work without permission from the rights holder, except as permitted by law. Do not remove credits, watermarks or rights notices, or present Website work as your own or another person’s.

Do not use the Website for impersonation, fraud, harassment, spam, malicious code or illegal activity; attempt to access systems or non-public information; bypass security or access restrictions; or use automation that harms Website operation or imposes an unreasonable load.

Do not systematically collect Website content to create a commercial database, train AI systems or for other commercial purposes without authorization where legally required. This does not restrict lawful use or ordinary search-engine activity that does not harm the Website.

5 Intellectual property and portfolio

Rights in the Website and its content, including design, text, graphics, illustrations, images, films, animation, code and trademarks, belong to the Studio or the relevant rights holders under applicable law and agreements. Displaying content does not represent that all rights belong to the Studio.

The portfolio may feature work for clients, brands, logos and third-party materials. Rights remain with their owners under law and agreements. Display grants no license to use them and does not itself indicate sponsorship, endorsement or a commercial relationship beyond the description accompanying the work.

Work may be shown through renderings, mockups, selected excerpts or display adaptations. Its appearance may differ from the final product or the current state of a client website. Display does not grant a right to obtain source files or use the work.

A client’s rights in project deliverables, license scope and portfolio display are governed by the specific agreement and law. Sending an enquiry or material does not itself authorize the Studio to publish that material in its portfolio.

6 AI-generated films and content

Some Website content is generated or processed using AI tools alongside creative development, direction, design and editing. This content may include imagined people, voices, places, brands or events, renderings and fictional scenes.

Synthetic content or a fictional scene does not imply that an event actually occurred, that a depicted person participated in production, or that they endorse the Studio or its services. Depicting a public figure or brand does not itself indicate collaboration or sponsorship.

Architectural renderings and real estate films presented as sample work or creative concepts are illustrative. They are not construction specifications, approved plans, sale offers or representations about an existing property or rights in it.

AI-based work may contain inaccuracies or visual details that do not reflect reality. The ability to grant exclusivity or certain rights depends on the law, the creative components, and applicable tool terms and licenses. Rights and uses for commissioned projects will be governed by the specific agreement. This section does not authorize infringement of any person’s or third party’s rights or release the Studio from legal duties.

7 Information and materials provided in an enquiry

Provide only information and materials needed to assess your enquiry and that you are lawfully authorized to disclose for that purpose. Avoid sending passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information unnecessary for an initial enquiry.

If you provide images, recordings or materials relating to others, including minors, you must ensure that disclosure and the requested use are lawful and appropriately authorized. This does not limit the Studio’s own legal duties.

The Studio may review submitted materials and use them to assess the enquiry, prepare a proposal and communicate with you, according to the purpose for which they were provided and applicable law. Use for project delivery, publication or transfer to external processing tools will be subject to relevant agreements and law. An enquiry does not transfer ownership of materials.

8 Privacy and third-party services

Personal information handling and the use of cookies and similar technologies are governed by the Website’s Privacy Policy and the relevant notices and consent, in accordance with law. These Terms do not replace a privacy policy or separate consent where required.

Contacting us through WhatsApp, email or an external service also involves using the relevant provider’s service under its terms and privacy policy. Sending an enquiry is not automatic consent to advertising messages.

9 Links and external content

The Website may link to client websites, social networks, video services and other sites, and may embed external providers’ content. The Studio does not control all their content, availability or terms. A link does not guarantee the destination’s content or suitability for your needs.

Before using an external service, review its applicable terms and policies. This does not limit the Website Operator’s legal responsibility for its own acts or omissions.

10 Availability and limits of liability

The Studio works to provide clear, up-to-date information and a functioning Website. However, errors, update delays, communications interruptions, maintenance and faults may occur. Continuous availability or complete freedom from faults and security incidents is not guaranteed.

We may change the Website’s structure, content and featured services or suspend it for maintenance, security or reasonable operational needs. Website changes do not themselves alter commitments under an existing project.

General Website information is not a substitute for professional project planning and a tailored proposal. No particular sales volume, exposure, ranking, revenue or business outcome is guaranteed unless expressly agreed in a contract.

To the extent permitted by law, the Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from Website use, or damage caused exclusively by a user’s illegal use or an external service outside the Studio’s control. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for bodily injury or intentional wrongdoing, or limit mandatory consumer rights. Liability for commissioned services will be assessed under the specific agreement and law.

11 Misuse and content-related requests

The Studio may take reasonable, proportionate steps to protect the Website, including restricting access where there is a well-founded concern about illegal use or harm to security and operation. This does not limit remedies available to any party under law.

If you believe content infringes your rights, privacy or copyright, contact the email address below with your contact details, a link, and a description of your request and its basis. Requests will be assessed according to their circumstances and law. Do not send personal details unnecessary to the investigation.

12 Changes and validity

The Studio may update these Terms periodically. The updated text and date will be published on the Website. Changes apply prospectively, do not impair previously accrued rights, and do not retrospectively alter an existing project agreement without a lawful basis or required consent. Where further notice or consent is legally required, the Studio will act accordingly.

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, this does not itself affect the remaining provisions where they can operate separately. Failure to exercise a right does not waive it.

13 Governing law and jurisdiction

Website use and these Terms are governed by Israeli law, subject to applicable mandatory provisions that cannot be excluded. Jurisdiction will be determined by law. These Terms do not impose an unlawful forum or remove a right to apply to a competent court.
