ATD STUDIO Website Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

1 Who we are and what this policy covers

The ATD STUDIO website at atd-studio.com and its associated pages is operated by Yifat Aharon, registered business number 039612684, at Meshek 51, Mishmar HaShiv’a, Israel (the “Studio,” “we” or “Website Operator”). Yifat Aharon is the controller of the personal information collected for the activities described in this policy. You can contact her at contact@atd-studio.com or 052-3777262.

This policy explains what personal information is collected when you browse the website or contact the Studio, why it is used, who may receive it, and how you can exercise your rights and manage your cookie and marketing choices. “Personal information” means information relating to an identified person or a person who can reasonably be identified, directly or indirectly.

The website presents the Studio’s services and portfolio. It does not offer online purchases or payments, user accounts, account registration or file uploads. Additional information provided for a commissioned project will also be handled under the specific agreement and any notices provided as needed. This policy does not govern the privacy practices of client websites featured in the portfolio.

This policy is prepared in accordance with Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, as amended, and the relevant regulations. Visiting the website, reading this policy or sending an enquiry does not constitute blanket consent to marketing messages, advertising tracking or any other use requiring separate consent.

2 Information you provide

The contact forms include your full name, email address, phone number and a free-text message field for describing your enquiry or project. Name, email and phone are required to submit the form; the message is optional. An enquiry may also include information about the page it was sent from and the service requested.

When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the contact details and communications you choose to provide. Follow-up correspondence may include business details, your role, project requirements, meeting arrangements and the enquiry history. If you consent to marketing communications, we may also retain consent details and unsubscribe requests, where provided or recorded.

You are not legally required to provide details for an ordinary enquiry; you do so voluntarily and with your consent. Without suitable contact details we cannot reply, and without information needed to assess your enquiry we may not be able to prepare a proposal or provide the requested response. You may use another contact channel listed on the website. Refusing marketing messages or non-essential cookies does not prevent you from contacting the Studio or receiving services.

Please do not enter passwords, payment card details, identity numbers, medical information or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your enquiry. When providing information about another person, make sure you have appropriate permission or a lawful justification for disclosing it and for the requested use.

3 Technical information and usage data

When you access the website, hosting and infrastructure providers may generate technical records, including your IP address, access time, requested page, browser and device type, operating system, referral source, errors and security events. This information is used to deliver website pages, operate the service, diagnose faults and protect systems.

When measurement or advertising tools are activated according to your choices, additional information may be collected, including pages viewed, visit duration, clicks, website events, campaign source, cookie identifiers and device data. Technical data and online identifiers may be personal information even when they do not include a name or email address. They should not necessarily be regarded as anonymous.

Not all of this data is collected on every visit. The extent of collection depends on the tools in use, their settings, your privacy choices, and your browser and device.

4 How we use information

We use enquiry details to respond, understand your needs, follow up at your request, prepare quotes, coordinate and negotiate. If we enter into an agreement, the necessary information is also used to manage the relationship, perform the agreement, provide services and keep records.

Technical information is used to operate and maintain the website, secure information, prevent misuse and investigate faults. Measurement data collected according to your choices is used to understand website usage, improve content and user experience, and measure campaign performance.

Subject to appropriate consent, contact details may be used to send Studio updates and offers, and activity data and online identifiers may be used for advertising measurement, audience customization and remarketing. Consent to marketing messages and consent to advertising tools are separate choices.

Information may also be used as necessary to meet legal obligations, retain contractual and accounting records, handle privacy requests, document consent, resolve disputes and protect legal rights. We will not use information for a purpose incompatible with the purpose for which it was provided without an appropriate legal basis or the required consent.

5 How the contact form works

The form is configured to send your enquiry through FormSubmit to the Studio’s mailbox at contact@atd-studio.com, managed using Microsoft. Form details are provided to FormSubmit to process and send the enquiry, and reach Microsoft’s email systems where correspondence is handled.

The website has no account system or personal area for viewing enquiries. Enquiries may be retained in the mailbox, correspondence and records needed to handle them. Sending an enquiry by email does not mean that form, email and infrastructure providers do not process or retain it; their processing is also subject to the arrangements and requirements applicable to them.

Do not send information through the form unless it is needed for your enquiry. The external service’s privacy policy is available at https://formsubmit.co/privacy.pdf, and Microsoft’s privacy information is available at https://www.microsoft.com/privacy/privacystatement.

6 Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Other tools, including pixels, tags and local storage, may support functionality, remember preferences, measure usage and enable advertising. Some tools may transmit data without storing a new cookie; your choice concerns the tool and its purpose, not only the storage of a file.

Essential cookies support required functionality, security and the retention of privacy choices. Preference or additional functionality cookies remember non-essential choices. Analytics tools measure website usage. Advertising tools measure campaigns and personalize ads, including remarketing. A category or tool that is not activated does not collect information on our behalf merely because it is described in this policy.

Non-essential cookies and tools will be activated only with consent to the relevant category. You can accept, reject or customize your choice through the website’s cookie management interface. Not making a choice is not consent to measurement or advertising tools. You can change your choice later by reopening cookie settings.

The consent management system may retain your choices, a consent identifier, the time and a record of the notice version, to honor and demonstrate your choice. Where CookieYes is used, it provides preference management and recordkeeping. Details of active tools and cookies, their purposes and lifetimes are displayed in the preferences interface according to their actual use.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Deleting them may erase your privacy choice and cause the banner to appear again. A choice generally applies to the browser and device where it was made; you may need to choose again on another device or browser. Blocking certain cookies may limit features that depend on them.

Withdrawing consent stops future activation of the relevant tools according to your choice. It does not itself delete information already transmitted to an external provider or invalidate earlier lawful processing. You can contact us about information already collected and also manage settings with the providers.

7 Measurement using Google Analytics

The Studio plans to use Google Analytics to measure website usage and analyze statistics. When the service is active and you consent to analytics, Google may receive website activity, online identifiers, browser and device details, referral sources and general location information derived from communications data.

According to Google’s documentation, Google Analytics 4 uses an IP address at collection to derive relevant information, but does not log or store it in Analytics. This does not mean all other collected data is anonymous or that activity cannot be associated with an online identifier.

Google’s policies and explanations of data use are available at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can prevent analytics activation on our behalf through the website’s cookie settings.

8 Meta Pixel and remarketing

The Studio plans to use Meta Pixel to measure campaigns and website activity, and may also use it for remarketing and audience customization. When the tool is active and you consent to advertising tools, Meta may receive events such as page views or clicks, page addresses, browser and device data, your IP address and online identifiers.

Meta may associate this information with your account on its services, where possible and according to its policy and your settings, and use it for the purposes described in its policy. Activity data may help display Studio ads on Facebook, Instagram and other services, including after you leave this website.

Consent to advertising cookies is not consent to direct marketing messages, nor does it itself authorize uploading contact lists to Meta. Using a customer list or contact details to customize audiences requires an appropriate assessment, notice and a separate lawful basis where necessary; submitting details in the form does not automatically authorize this.

You can reject advertising tools in the cookie interface and manage advertising preferences through Meta’s services. Meta’s policy is available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.

9 Marketing communications and withdrawal of consent

ATD STUDIO updates, offers, service information and marketing content will be sent to people who have given separate, explicit consent, through the channels covered by that consent, subject to applicable law. Such consent is not required to receive a response to an enquiry or order a service.

If a form offers a marketing subscription, joining requires an affirmative choice in a separate consent checkbox that is not pre-selected. Submitting the form, accepting the privacy policy or accepting cookies does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

You may withdraw consent at any time, free of charge, using the unsubscribe option in a message or by contacting contact@atd-studio.com. Requests will be handled as required by law. Unsubscribing does not prevent non-advertising service messages necessary for an enquiry or an existing engagement.

We may retain limited consent and unsubscribe records, and contact details on a suppression list, to the extent needed to demonstrate compliance and prevent further marketing. We will not use unsubscribe records to continue marketing to someone who has asked us to stop.

10 Disclosure and provider access

Information will be accessible to the Studio Operator and authorized persons as required for their roles. We may use employees, service providers and suppliers to handle enquiries, provide support and operate services, limiting access to necessary information and subject to applicable confidentiality and security obligations.

Information may be disclosed to hosting, infrastructure, security and backup providers; FormSubmit for form delivery; Microsoft for email and communication; the cookie management provider; and Google or Meta according to tool activation and consent choices. The hosting infrastructure for the version built with Sites uses OpenAI and Cloudflare to deliver and operate the website. Browsing does not itself disclose enquiry contents to generative AI tools.

When you contact us on WhatsApp, information is also provided to WhatsApp under its policy. Providers process information as part of their services, while providers such as Google, Meta and WhatsApp may also process some information under their own terms and policies. These details do not replace the Studio’s responsibility to select and engage providers lawfully.

We will not sell or rent enquirers’ details as a customer list to third parties. Disclosure to measurement and advertising tools with consent is described in this policy and does not constitute a promise that no information will be shared with any third party.

Information may also be disclosed to comply with a legal obligation, court order or authorized request; to investigate a dispute or protect rights as necessary and permitted; or as part of a transfer of the Studio’s business, provided the transfer is lawful, preserves processing purposes and data subjects’ rights, and includes notice where required.

11 Processing outside Israel

Hosting, form, email, consent management, measurement and advertising providers may store or process information in Israel and other countries, including the United States and other locations where they or their subcontractors operate. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from Israeli law.

Transfers outside Israel will comply with Israeli law and the privacy regulations governing transfers to databases abroad, based on permitted transfer conditions and appropriate commitments where required. Publishing this policy or browsing the website does not waive these protections or constitute unlimited consent to all future transfers.

12 Retention and deletion

Information will be retained for as long as necessary for its collection purposes, considering the nature of the enquiry, the ongoing business relationship, legal obligations, consent records and potential disputes. There is no single retention period for all information.

Enquiries that do not become projects will be retained while there is a reasonable need to handle or follow up on them. Client and contractual records will be retained according to business needs and applicable obligations, including accounting and legal requirements. Marketing data will be retained until consent is withdrawn or the need ends, subject to limited recordkeeping as described above. Continued retention will be reviewed periodically, and information with no remaining justification for retention will be deleted or appropriately anonymized.

Cookie lifetimes and retention periods for measurement data and provider records depend on the tool and its settings. Deletion from active systems may not occur simultaneously across all backups; these copies will be retained only within backup cycles and permitted needs, and will not be used for continued marketing after an unsubscribe request.

13 Information security

We will take reasonable technical and organizational measures, in accordance with law, to maintain confidentiality and protect against unauthorized access, loss, alteration and misuse, matching permissions and access to necessity. We also rely on the security mechanisms of infrastructure and email providers.

No system or communication can be guaranteed completely secure. This statement does not release us from legal duties regarding information security, incident handling or reporting. If you suspect unauthorized use of information connected with the Studio, please contact us using the details below.

14 Your information rights

Subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable law, you may request access to personal information about you held in a database under Section 13 of Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law. If information is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated, you may request its correction or deletion under Section 14.

You may request that marketing communications stop and exercise applicable direct marketing rights, including requesting deletion from a database used for direct marketing, as provided by law. You may also change or withdraw consent to measurement and advertising tools through cookie settings.

You may request deletion in other circumstances; requests will be assessed according to law, processing purposes and retention obligations. There is not an absolute right to delete all information in every case, and we may need to retain certain information for a legal obligation, unsubscribe documentation or the protection of rights.

To exercise your rights, write to contact@atd-studio.com describing your request and relevant contact details. We will request only reasonable identification needed to ensure information is provided to the correct person. Do not send an identity document or sensitive information unless requested and necessary. We will respond within the timeframes and procedures required by law and explain any refusal where required.

You may also contact Israel’s Privacy Protection Authority about suspected legal violations through https://www.gov.il/he/departments/the_privacy_protection_authority. Where additional mandatory law grants other rights, those rights will be addressed according to its applicability.

15 Minors and portfolio materials

The website is primarily intended for people interested in the Studio’s services and is not intended to actively collect information from minors. Do not submit unnecessary personal information about a minor through the form. A project involving minors’ information, images or voices requires an assessment of appropriate permissions and consent according to the circumstances and law.

Identifiable images, voices, names and portfolio content also require attention to privacy and publication permissions. An enquiry or project order does not itself constitute consent to publish personal materials on the website. If you have a question or concern about content relating to you or a minor in your care, contact us with a link and description so we can review it.

The use of personal materials in an AI-based project, including processing by external tool providers, will be governed by the project purpose, appropriate notices and consent, and law. Consent to this website policy is not blanket permission to train models on personal information or clone a voice or likeness.

16 Links and policy changes

Videos in the current website version are served directly from its infrastructure and are not embedded through YouTube or Vimeo players. The website links to client websites and external services; visiting them is also subject to their terms and policies. If we add services that materially change information processing, we will update the policy and the notice and consent mechanisms as needed.

We will update this policy periodically, with the update date shown at the top. Material changes will be communicated appropriately on the website or through another suitable channel. A change requiring fresh consent will not rely solely on continued browsing or apply retrospectively in a way that harms accrued rights.
